By accessing and using the Kitchen Optimizer website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Use License

You may use the Kitchen Optimizer website, public pages, sample audit material, and free audit flow to evaluate Kitchen Optimizer services. You may not misuse the site, interfere with forms or systems, or copy service materials as your own.

Disclaimer

The materials on Kitchen Optimizer's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Kitchen Optimizer makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

Limitations

In no event shall Kitchen Optimizer or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.

Estimates and Recommendations

Delivery growth audits, dashboard scores, virtual brand launch guidance, platform optimization suggestions, pricing notes, and example scenarios are planning guidance only. They are not guaranteed results and are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Restaurant Responsibilities

You are responsible for platform terms, food safety, licensing, menu accuracy, pricing decisions, operations, delivery quality, and final business decisions. Virtual brand guidance does not guarantee platform acceptance, demand, revenue, or profitability.

Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds

Paid dashboard plans are billed through Stripe and may be canceled before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. One-time setup, launch, or advisory work is scoped before work begins and is generally not refundable once work has started. If there is a billing issue or mistaken charge, contact support@kitchenoptimizer.com and we will review it.

Delivery Platform Affiliation

Kitchen Optimizer is not affiliated with or endorsed by DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, or other delivery platforms.
